DBE110/DBM130 series are Dawei’s new high-end products，XZ-axis using heavy roller linear guide , Y-axis using heavy type hard guide，Can deal with from high precision to heavy cutting processing, from steel parts to casting and other materials processing.
FEATURES AT A GLANCE
1. Integrated bed design, "+" reinforcement layout, strong support guide rail.
2. The DBM130/DBM130B uses a hard guide rail to ensure machine rigidity and rechip capability.
3. The spindle speed is 2000 rpm, 3000 rpm is optional.
4. Turboworm transmission is selected in the mechanical transmission part of rotary table.

Column structure
Meehanite castings in integrated casting formation and resistantto abrasion, stress elimination enables high shock resistance, andthe capability of vibration absorption is higher than common castiron, so as to improve stability of machine tool.
Feedback of axial positions adopts absolute optical scale toposite at all machining points precisely and to avoid the step ofreturn to home position of each travel.
Exquisite scraping process
Exquisite scraping technology, eliminate the stress of the machine tool, make the surface contact into point contact, increase the stability of the machine tool, reduce the machine tool mechanical movement noise
The rotary table is driven by worm gear
The worm gear drive is used in the mechanical transmission part ofthe slewing table. Compact structure, stable transmission, vibration.shock and noise are small. The rotating worktable (B-axis) has circular grating feedback controlto ensure positioning accuracy.
High precision spindle
The spindle head is one-piece casting, which has higher rigidity than the general combined spindle structure andimproves the stability of the machine tool. lt has strongercutting ability and higher precision. The spindle uses cylindrical double row roller NN bearing withlarge spacing, high precision and high rigidity, so it hasexcellent heavy cutting ability.
Reliable automated tool magazine（optional）
Automatic toolchanger is installed separately frommachine tool with the purpose of preventing adverse influences ofvibration during running of automatic toolchanger and other reasonson precision. Tool selection adopts the method of fixed address in theshortest path. All tools return to original position, therefore, theproblem of collision between large-size tools is only considered ininitial installation.
