Functions of the device?

1) It can calibrate the time measurement function of various high-voltage switch action characteristics testers. It mainly includes: breaking time, closing time, three-phase synchronization, bounce time, bounce times, etc.

2) It can calibrate the speed measurement function of various high-voltage switch action characteristics testers. Mainly includes: just splitting speed, just closing speed, maximum splitting (closing) speed, average speed, etc.

3) It can calibrate the stroke measurement function of various high-voltage switch action characteristics testers. It mainly includes: total travel, open distance, overtravel, etc.

4) The time standard module can provide 16 break signal outputs at the same time, the output voltage amplitude is the same as the tester's field measurement conditions, each break output can be set independently, and can be used separately or simultaneously as needed, and can freely choose whether to electrically isolate or not.

5) The time standard module can select six synchronous triggering methods: internal trigger for voltage, internal trigger for current, internal trigger for air contact, external trigger for voltage, external trigger for current and external trigger for air contact, which can adapt to the working methods of common high-voltage switch testing instruments in the market, and at the same time into the anti-misoperation design, which greatly reduces the risk of personal and equipment safety caused by staff misoperation.

6) The stroke and speed module adopts linear motor to simulate the breaking and closing action of high-voltage switch, which is smaller, lighter and more accurate than the physical high-voltage switch, and more stable, repeatable and safe than the pneumatic motor in speed.

7) The time standard quantity, speed standard quantity and travel standard quantity of the standard device are designed with special traceability interface and traceability scheme to ensure that the standard device can be easily and reasonably traceable to the superior time standard, travel standard and speed standard.
