FULLY HYDRAULIC GEOLOGICAL DRILLING RIG

JY series fully hydraulic core drilling rig is a new type of drilling rig developed by our company based on the advanced technology of similar drilling rigs at home and abroad.

Mainly suitable for drilling solid mineral deposits, it can also be used for engineering geology, shallow oil, natural gas, groundwater drilling, and also for engineering drilling such as tunnel ventilation, drainage, and dam grouting.

The drilling rig adopts full hydraulic drive, and the power head rotation is driven by an axial piston pump and an inclined shaft piston motor. The machine is equipped with two gears and infinite speed regulation, with an advanced structure.

The power head adopts a double speed feeding mechanism of the oil cylinder chain, which is stable and reliable in motion. It is equipped with a lateral translation mechanism of the power head, and the mast can slide as a whole by using an oil cylinder for lifting and lowering, allowing drilling within a range of 0-90 °.

The hydraulic system adopts load sensitive control, with high work efficiency and high torque. The drilling rig is equipped with hydraulic Trojan horse grippers, hydraulic leveling legs, retractable masts, and other devices to facilitate rapid positioning of the drilling rig.

Equipped with wireless remote control tracks, suitable for various terrains, controlling the crawling of the drilling rig within a safe distance to prevent sudden danger.
