Q2 What are your company's main products?

Q3 Do you accept OEM/ODM work?
Yes,we have our own factory and could provide OEM/ODM service. We have been cooperating with many famous foreign supermarkets.
Q4 Can I have my company name or logo on my custom toys?
Yes. We can add your logo on your plush toys in various ways. We can make your logo on the t-shirt/ belly/ feet of your toys by printing or embroidery. All of these details will be discussed during the prototype stage. Furthermore we can print your company logo and/or url and/or character name on the label.

About the sample fee
Q1 Why do you charge sample fee?
We need to order the material for your customized designs, we need to pay the printing and embroidery, and we need to pay our designers salary. Once you pay the sample fee, it means we have the contract with you, we will take responsibility for your samples, until you say "ok, it is perfect".
Q2 How much is the sample fee?
The account is up to your sample, usually it is 50-150 USD, but if there are many embroideries or printings, and it is complex, the sample fee will be higher.
When your value of trade reaches 8,000 USD, you will be our vip customer. And all your samples can be negotiable, meantime the sample time will be much shorter than normal.
Q3 Is the sample fee refunded when the order is placed?
If your order amount is more than 8,000 USD, the sample fee will be refunded to you
Q4 What is the sample time?
It is 7-10days according to the different samples. If you want the sample urgently, it can be done within 5 days.
Q5 If I send my own sample to you, you duplicate the sample for me, should I pay the sample fee?
Once we promise you that we can do it, you will not pay any fees any more.You just need to pay the delivery cost.
Q6 How about the sample freight?
If you have an international express account, you can choose freight collect. If not, you can pay the freight together with the sample fee.
Q7 If I don't like the sample when I receive it, can you modify it for me?
Yes, until you say "ok, it is perfect".

It is up to your quantity. If the quantity is large enough, we are glad to offer you a lower price.

Q1 How do you control the quality?
We check the finish toys one by one, make sure the quality is good.
Q2 How can I do if I receive the bad quality goods?
Tell us the pcs of bad goods, and send us the photos, we will refund these costs or remake the goods for you.

About MOQ
Q1 What is your MOQ?
To our old customers, the MOQ can be 500 pcs. If you are a professional purchaser or specialize in plush toys, we can do very small quantity for you. 1000 pcs or 1500 pcs. We hope there will be a bigger one after that.

About delivery time
Q1 What is the delivery time?
Usually, it is 45-60 days according to your quantity.
Q2 If i want the order urgently, can you make it faster?
Your urgent order is acceptable, 10-30 days is ok. But you may pay more money.
