Product Description
Machine Introduction:
Commercial Meat Dicer is an important equipment in the production process of meat products. It can cut the fresh and frozen meat, frozen fat by users, and adjust the size of the knife grid to cut shredded meat, meat slices, and meat diced. The size of the diced meat is determined by the number of blades in the knife grid. The cutting machine is mainly composed of a frame, a reducer, a motor, a tool rest, an eccentric shaft assembly, a main cutter assembly, and a hydraulic system.
The main motor drives the main shaft to rotate through the reducer, the fork on the main shaft drives the upper knife grid, the lower knife grid and the left and right reciprocating motion, the material pushed out by the push block is cut into strips, and the main cutter cuts the meat strips into diced meat.
Machine Features:
1.Adjusting thickness-cutting knob may carry out steeples speed regulation of push rod so as to meet the requirement of different cutting thickness.
2.Having adopted the use of pre-pressure design so as to ensure making diced meat in even cubes.
3.When single-edge cutting, meat push rod makes step- by-step motion to ensure correct cutting dimension.
4.Complete machine is made of 304 stainless steel, blade is made of alloy steel to avoid contamination.
5.Frozen meat of -24°C to -18°C can be directly cut into cubes. It is the pre-procedure of cutting and mixing machine and meat grinder process.
6.Wholly welded machine body stable and low noises.
7.Working with standard skip cars, no splash during slicing.
Widely used for cutting frozen pork, beef, mutton, boneless chicken, fish,etc.
