Por*sche 911 996 & 997 Turbo 45MM Bigger Bore Sports Exhaust Headers (Manifolds)

This is a pair of high flow, equal length bigger bore manifolds. Expertly crafted in the UK, these manifolds are 100% stainless steel, TIG welded and are an easy fit, no fuss replacement part. The manifolds include all required gaskets and bolts and they are a direct fit replacement with no modification required. The bore size is a full 7MM (1/4 Inch) higher than OEM (38MM), resulting in a freer flowing exhaust flow, increased power and general upgrade of the Porsche's performance.

The headers are not only cheaper than Porsche originals- they are longer lasting, provide greater heat resistance and substantially improve the performance of the car. They are fully compatible with the rest of the OE exhaust or other aftermarket parts that also fit OE. They have been designed to increase HP and TQ on cars fitted with the factory turbo chargers. The short design is perfectly matched for the exhaust travel from the heads to the turbos for better boost response and power throughout the rev range. The smooth flow through the mandrel bends and pyramid merge collector offer superior flow characteristics as compared to the OEM headers. Power gains are increased by 14 HP and 16 Ft. TQ with no other modifications.
