2.How many years can the machine working for?
A: The first machine we made at 2008, it is still under working.
3.Are you an experienced exportor?
A: We have Independent import and export right, Our machine have exported to India, Vietnam, Thailand, Italy, Indonesia, Malaysia, Portugal,Peru, Algeria,Russia, Pakistan, Egypt.
4.If we don't know how to opperate the machine, what to do?
A: We will have engineer to your place to help with the Installation and he will offer a traning to your staff. The installation and training is free.
5.Is it hard to operate the machine?
A: Not at all, our machine offer two operate method, the Manual and Auto. Under the Auto process, machine will start automatically once the User close the door, and complete the whole process by itself.
6.Can we test the machine before shipment?
A: Yes, of course! We are warmly welcome your visiting.
About the after-sale Service:
1.Installation and Technology:
A.We will provide 7-9 days training for free. The training will cover the general use of the system and specification on the deposition of agreed coatings
B.The seller will supply installation service when the machine arrived. The buyer should bear the Visa charge, Round-trip ticket charge and Accommodation for the engineer.
2.Warranty:
We provide 12 months warranty as from the date of delivery. The seller will arrange engineer to help with the Installing, Commissioning and Produce technic Support for free.The buyer should provide necessary assistance and cooperation, the buyer should bear the Visa charge, Round-trip tickets and Accommodation for the engineer. As the accommodation, the buyer need to supply common and safe accommodation to our engineer.
