Product Overview
ZY-3 automatic rotary blowing machine Extruder part:
(1) The reducer adopts Jiangsu Guomao full hard gear surface reducer products.
① Special reducer for ZLYJ series plastic extruder is selected. ② Deceleration ratio is 16:1
(2) Barrel and screw (Products of Zhejiang Zhoushan Bemet Co., LTD.)
Screw diameter: Ø55mm, length-diameter ratio: 25:1, compression ratio: 2.5:1
② Barrel and screw material are 38 chromium molybdenum aluminum: 38CrMoAl
③ Cylinder and screw surface nitriding treatment, nitriding depth: 0.5-0.7mm, tempered hardness: HB260°-280°
(3) Main motor: choose products of Shandong Evergrande Company
① Motor power: P=7.5KW TYPE: Y type ② Power supply: AC380V 50HZ (three-phase four-wire)
(4) Electrical control
① The main motor adopts frequency conversion governor for speed regulation, and the frequency conversion governor adopts the products of Zhejiang Ziri Inverter Co., LTD.
