Aluminium nickel cobalt (Alnico) magnets are mainly made of aluminium, nickel, cobalt, copper, iron and sometimes titanium. AlNiCo magnets have a low Coercive Force which limits their applications in many cases. There are two different manufacturing processes for Alnico magnets: casting and sintering.
Alnico discs are normally used in industrial applications, whose uses demand a need for force in the magnet, a clear example could be an electric motor, sensors, etc. We have two models of alnico discs according to sizes and measurements.
Alnico rings are composed of Aluminum, Nickel and Cobalt. It is a type of magnet that produces a very high remanent induction, but a very low coercivity. At the same time, the ring of alnico does not present problems with oxidation, a factor that marks its applications and uses.
ALNICO BASE BRIDGED ONE THROUGH HOLE
The magnetic base of bridge alnico with a central through hole is provided with a central fixing hole, with the purpose of facilitating its adaptation in guides, transport lines, among others.
