1 Q: Are you a factory or a trading company ?
A: We are a factory.
2 Q: How about the packaging of this tool set?
A: Brown box or color box with sticker or mould box with color sleeves or color card. We can meet customers’ special requirements.
3 Q: What is the payment terms?
A: T/T or 30%deposit, 70% balanced by copy of B/L. L/C at sight is acceptable according to the order amount and related case.
4 Q: Do you have a MOQ?
A: Usually the minimum order for our items is 500 sets, but different products with different MOQ.
5 Q: Do you have any new products or can you open a new mold for me?
A: With the drawings or samples, we can open the new mold for you in perfect with our experienced R & D department.
6 Q: Have you got any certificates?
A: Yes, we have got the certificates of "SGS, GS, TUV, ISO" etc.
7 Q: What about the delivery time?
A: For regular items under production, it’ s 45days normally. Some complex OEM order will be longer time.
8 Q: What do I do if my goods are faulty or damaged?
