Product Introduction
UHZ-99A magnetic series level meters are substitute products of glass tube level meter.Magnetic level meter makes up for the deficiency of fuzzy instruction and fragility of the glass plate level gauge. It is safer and more reliable, advanced and practical.It can be applied to the measurement and control of liquid level in the manufacturing process of electric power, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, environmental protection, shipping, architecture and food. If it matches with series UHZ-99Q liquid level transmitter, series UQK-C liquid level control switch and series UQK-A liquid level alarm switch, it will be convenient to indicate, measure, record, control and alarm far away.
Working Principle
The liquid level gauge operates on principle of buoyancy and magnetic coupling effect. When the liquid level in the vessel fluctuates, the floater in the measuring pipe will fluctuate accordingly. The permanent magnet in the floater is transferred to the indicator through the magnetic coupling effect, which drives the turn column turns over 180 degrees. When the liquid level rises or falls, turn column will is from one color to another. Two colors turn column interface level is the actual height of the liquid level in the vessel, so as to realize the instructions of the liquid level.
