Production process

Cup push system
: It is necessary to manually place the cup, insert the candle wick, and then push it onto the conveyor belt through the air cylinder. The operation is simple and the cup push is stable.

Glass preheating
: use a quartz glass tube to preheat the glass. Baking the glass container before filling the glass can effectively improve the phenomenon of the candle falling off the cup.

Filling system
: including 2 sets of wax melting and insulation tanks, 1 set of wax pump, and 14 sets of independent filling heads. There is a wax water filter device in the upper heat preservation tank, which can filter out the impurities in the wax water.
