Extrusion machine
We have 20 advanced extrusion lines, from 600 tons to 5000 tons. It can make various sizes and models of
construction and industrial aluminum profiles to meet the needs of our customers.
Aging
The aluminum profile will be hard after aging. Aging treatment is an important means to improve the mechanical properties and physical and chemical properties of aluminum alloys. The hardness will be above 8WH.
Anodized equipment
The anodizing and electrophoresis production equipment can produce the international popular colors such as Anodized,Matte anodized electrophoresis, Including several colors for your choice. Such as
silver/ champagne/ bronze/ black.etc.
Vertical powder coating machine
We can produce spraying, PVDF, wood grain and other spraying surfaces. Use Tiger, DuPont and other brand powders, and can use the end of the text specified by the customer to ensure product quality and meet customer needs.
