Payment term:
30% advanced payment by T/T, 70% by T/T before delivery after the machines test to be OK in seller’ s factory.
Delivery Date:
60 working days from the date seller receives the first payment.
Machine Commissioning, Adjusting and Training:
1. The seller should send staff to help to install, adjust the machines and train the buyer’ s staff after notified by buyer.
2. The buyer should pay the seller for all the expenses of test, including travelling tickets back and forth, accommodation & food, personal safety, urgent illness, etc..
3. During the testing period, the buyer should pay every seller’ s staff for USD50 every day.
Warranty :
Mechanic parts (except screw and barrel) guaranteed in a year; electric parts guaranteed in half a year. During the guaranteed period, the buyer should change the broken component for a new one from the seller due to its bad quality.
