It is a cryptographic fungus parasitic on the roots of withered bamboo.Its shape is slightly like a reticulat-ed dry white snake skin.At the top of the handle,there is a fine white mesh skirt that spreads down from the cap it is a precious, no harmful authentic bacteria plant, its pulp is tender, smooth, delicious and nutritious.
Cooking Direction:
1.Put in light salt water for 20 minutes, then reduce all moisture
2.Put in boiling water for 1 minute
3.Shower with cold water
4.Serve with your cuisine and ingredient Friendly reminder: Kindly cut the head and tail before serving.
