How durable is our ETOOK Anti Theft bike lock?
Our locks have passed a wide variety of stress tests, simulating Real-Life attack strategies by thieves: tensile resistance, shear resistance, anti-hit, anti-skid and other aspects of the test.
What's your certificate for our lock?

About the OEM service?
1. If your order quantity is more than 500pcs, we can print your logo on the lock cylinder, and do your own package, customer needs to pay the package fee and logo fee.
2. If your order quantity is more than 1000pcs, we can do your logo on the lock cylinder, connecting sheet and key and your own package, customer needs to pay the mold fee and package fee.
What is the process of ordering?
1) Tell us which size and color of the lock you like? And how many pieces? Then we will quote you price.
2) If you feel the quotation is good for you, then please let me know the full name, full address and phone number of the receiver, i will provide you invoice to confirm details.
3) After the invoice confirmed and payment done, we will arrange the order production for you ASAP.
4) When your goods are ready to ship, you would receive a tracking number of your order.
What's our shipping method?
1. For small order, we will use FEDEX or UPS or DHL for you.
2. For goods over 12kg, we can offer you DDP shipping ways which include tax and duty.
3. For big order (over 100pcs locks), you can use Sea Shipping, which will be much cheaper; you can use Air Shipping as well.
