The machine receives the material to be separated and conveys it to the casing separator using a screw conveyor. The liquid phase is separated by means of a cylindrical mesh screen wound around the screw conveyor. During the flow to the outlet, the separation of the material from the liquid gradually diminishes and then gradually increases with the liquid until an almost dry material plug is formed before the outlet. The plug continues to be ejected through the diaphragm outlet. The machine automatically finds the equilibrium point of the squeezing force according to the material. It can therefore be used for a wide range of materials without any manual adjustment.
