Description of Citrus Fruit Processing Line
1. Citrus fruits include orange, lemon, grapefruit, tangerine, etc. So we designed the special extractor for citrus to improve its juice yield and flavor. Citrus fruits are usually processed to natural juice, NFC juice, concentrate clear juice, citrus sauce, etc.
2. Citrus processing line is combined of grading system, storage system, washing and sorting system, oil extracting and separating system，juice extracting and pulping system,enzymatic and filtration system, evaporating system, pasteurizing/sterilizing system, aseptic filling system.
3. Except the liquid product of citrus, we can also design the citrus peel and seeds deep processing to improve the production efficient for factory.
4. Citrus juice can be filled into pet bottle, glass bottle, doy-pack, tetra pack, aseptic bag in box, etc
