Q1. How do i place an order ?Pls kindly check with our sales team the price and shipping cost to your country, after we reach an agreement, our sales team will initiate the order via alibaba or make a PI if you want trade off line. alibaba trade assurance charges 3% for amount less 3000 dollars. after receiving your payment, we will arrange production and delivery for you. after you receive the goods, pls kindly confirm from alibaba that you received them. only after this can we get the payment of this order.
Q2.What is the MOQ for your production?
The MOQ depends your requirement for color, size, material and so on. For some normal items, we have stock, will have no MOQ requirement.
Q3. What about payment method?
We accept Western Union, T/T, Trade Assurance.
Q4.Can you provide OEM service?
Yes, we work on OEM orders. Which means size, material, quantity, design, packing solution, etc will depend on your requests; and your logo will be customized on our products.
Q5.What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?
1.Size of products.
2.Material /Quantities.
3.Package.(Additional charges will be charged if additional packing is required).
4.Please send us some pictures if possible so that we can do best as your request.
Q6. How long can I get my buyings after the payment ?
Usually by express it takes around 5-8 days, and we need 3-5 working days for production. So totally around 3-12 working days after the payment, you can get the goods. of course there is cheaper and slower ways for shipment, for example, delivery by ship to your door it takes 25-45 days. pls kindly check with our sales team for details.
