Main technology and structural performance:
1. Volume: 50L, 100L, 200L, 300L, 400L, 500L, 600L, 800L, 1000L.
2. Structural form: it can be divided into tilting type and vertical type, with or without stirring according to the needs of the process.
3. The material of the pot body:
①The inner pot body is made of stainless steel (SUS304), and the jacket and bracket carbon steel (Q235-B) are coated with anti-rust paint;
②The inside and outside are all stainless steel.
4. Pot body with stirring device: stirring in the center of the top, the output shaft of the reducer and the shaft of the stirring paddle are connected by a looper, which is convenient for disassembly and cleaning.
5. Stirring speed: 36r/min (a certain speed can be selected according to customer requirements); stirring paddle form: ordinary stirring (anchor type) and bottom scraping stirring.
6. Leg form: ①Vertical pot body: triangular pyramid type, round tube type; ②Tilt-type pot body: trough bracket type.
7. Equipment configuration: dial pointer thermometer, steam inlet, outlet, etc. (vertical structure).
8. The tiltable cooking pot body can be tilted up to 90°, and the tilting method is manual.

Precautions for using high pressure steam cooking pot
1. When using steam pressure, it should not exceed the rated working pressure for a long time.
2. When entering steam, the steam inlet valve should be opened slowly until the pressure is required. If the stop valve at the condensate outlet is equipped with a steam trap, the valve should always be opened; if there is no steam trap, the valve should be opened first until there is a steam trap. When the steam overflows, close the valve again, and keep the opening degree until a small amount of steam overflows.
3. The safety valve can be adjusted according to the user's own steam pressure.
4. During the use of the steam boiler, you should always pay attention to the change of steam pressure and adjust it with the steam inlet valve in time.
5. After the air intake is stopped, the straight cock at the bottom of the pot should be opened, and the remaining water should be drained.
6. For tilting and stirring cooking pots, oil should be added to all rotating parts before each shift; the parts on the surface of stirring cooking pots are recommended to use cooked vegetable oil; other parts use 30#--40# machinery Oil.
