Installation Instructions
How to choose thickness:
The thicker the panel, the stronger the nail holding power. For paving a small area indoors (tens of square meters), 5mm thickness is enough. For outdoor areas with strong winds, it is recommended to choose 8mm or 10mm thickness for paving in small or large areas.
How to install and fix:
(1)
Cutting:
Same as the wooden board, you can use a hand saw to cut directly (use a toothed saw, toothless saws are not recommended);
(2)
Fixing:
It can be fixed using screws, air nail guns, structural adhesives and other methods;
(3)
Lighting:
You can choose any color from LED line lights, block lights, etc. (the brightness must be bright enough);
(4)
Splicing:
Closed-hole panels are directly spliced, and light-transmitting panels are recommended to be spliced at the keel behind.
(5)
Keel:
Wooden keels can be used indoors, and light steel keels can be used outdoors;
(6)
Installation:
The light should be at least 5 centimeters away from the foam aluminum plate. It is recommended that the distance be 5-10 centimeters.
