You only need a very simple 3 step to assemble your cart:

1.Take two middle-hand-tube , A clockwise rotation in the

end and tighten.

2.Take the hand and the tube with ring knob in the top of

the pipe and screw clockwise.

3.Pull out the pin and the fixed rotating structure , forearm

outward rotate 90 degrees , The pin will automatically insert

and lock structure.
