A1: Normally MOQ is 40ft container if want to get wholesale price. For the products that occupy less space, we accept 20ft container and offer wholesale price. Order less than container will not get wholesale price and ttrade term will be Ex-work.
Q2: Can I get samples before place an order.
A2: We can make sample but price for sample will be high. We will refund the overcharged part when regular order placed.
Q3: What is warranty for products.
A3: Warranty for products depends on materials that client choose. Most of the time we offer 2 years warranty for residential use and 1 year warranty for commercial use.
Q4: How do you deal with quality issue?
A4: We give discount or replacement for damaged products due to production defect. Quality issues caused during shipping or
