V11 and V11.2 there are two versions: usb version and active code version
1. Active code version is no need shipping usb dongle, can use within 24h after order, but one code is lock to one pc, only one
pc can use.
2. Usb version can use on many computers, but needs to wait for the usb dongle after order.
