1. What's your MOQ ? Can I mix styles and colors ?
For customized style, we usually require MOQ for 300 PCS per model per color.
color can be mixed,100pcs for one color.
2.What's the delivery time ?
For products in stock, the lead time is 3 days once details confirmed.
For customized order, quantity within 3000PCs, production time is 25-40 days for
alloy watches and 45 to 60days for stainless steel watches after all detailes confirmed
For over 3000 PCS, need more days.
3. Can we mark our own logo on the watch?
Yes, we can put your logo on dial, case back, crown and buckle as your requirements.
4. What about the warranty ?
We are confident in our quality and packing, the goods are all in good condition when
clients received. But to avoid any subsequent trouble regarding quality issue,
we suggest that you check the watches once you receive them, and let us know the details if there is any damaged ones, so that we can deal with it accordingly
and immediately. Our warranty is 1 year.
