Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it's 25-30 days after receiving the deposit.
Q: How long is the warranty time?
A: 2 years warranty for the big trampolines. If any quality problems on ours side occured in this period, we will be responsible
its replacement.
Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: Quality is priority. We do QC inspection, with high precision test equipments. Every product will be fully assembled and
carefully tested before it's packed for shipment.
Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: 30% T/T in advance, 70% balance before shipment. Or L/C at sight.
