Product Description
Line trough also known as cable trough, wiring trough, line trough (different from place), is used to arrange the power line, data line and other wire specifications, fixed on the wall or the ceiling of electrical appliances. According to the different material, the trough is divided into a variety of commonly used environmental protection PVC trough, halogen-free PPO trough, halogen-free PC/ABS trough, steel and aluminum metal trough and so on.
Trough the installation
1) The groove is smooth and without distortion, the inner wall has no burr, the joint is tight and straight, and all kinds of accessories are complete.
2) The slot connection should be flat, the joint should be tight and straight, the slot cover should be flat, no warping Angle, and the outlet position is correct.
3) When the line trough passes through the deformation joint, the line trough itself should be disconnected, the line trough should be connected with the connecting plate, not fixed, the protection ground wire should have compensation allowance, the line trough CT300*100 below one bolt fixed with the horizontal bar, CT400*100 above must be fixed two bolts.
4) All non-conductive parts of non-metallic wire grooves shall be connected and bonded accordingly to make them into a whole and complete the overall connection.
5) The line grooves laid in the shaft and through different fire prevention areas shall be equipped with fire prevention and blocking measures according to the design requirements.
6) The length of the steel trough at the straight end exceeds 30m plus the expansion section, and the compensation device is set at the deformation joint across the cable trough.
7) The total length of metal cable trough and its support shall be no less than 2 places connected with grounding (PE) or zero (PEN) trunk line.
8) Both ends of the connecting plate between the non-galvanized cable troughs are connected with copper core ground wire, and the minimum allowable cross-sectional area of the ground wire is not less than BVR-4 mm.
9) The two ends of the connecting plate between the galvanized cable trough are not connected with the ground wire, but the two ends of the connecting plate are not less than two connecting fixing bolts with anti-loosening nuts or anti-loosening washers.
