Construction Notes

1. Concrete base requirements: grade C20 or above , with expansion joints cut to specification. The surface is free from serious sanding and strong alkalinity . Strong alkaline foundations are an important cause of water bubbling and delamination.

2. Strong alkaline cement foundation treatment method: first use dilute hydrochloric acid splash neutralization, and then rinse with water to neutral.

3. The thickness of the single scraping rubber of silicone PU elastic layer should not exceed 2.5mm , too thick will be easy to bulge.

4. The ratio of runway primer A and B groups must meet the requirements , and mix evenly . A group is too much and easy to bulge when the weather is hot and humid; A group is too little may lead to serious decline in physical properties, and even not curing into glue.
