High Accurate Fuel Density Float Level Probe for Gas Station
SP300 D Magnetostrictive density sensor is mainly composed of probe head, density sensors, temperature sensor, protection steel pipe, magnetostrictive waveguide wire and floaters with magnet inside. I nsert probe into underground tank, floaters float on the liquid surface, and slides up and down on rod according to the changes of liquid level. Processing measured data of fuel level, water level, density, and temperature of five-points, then transmit these data to smart console by digital communication port.
It is 4-in-1 magnetostrictive density probe, it means that the magnetostrictive probe could detect fuel height, water height, fuel density and fuel temperature at the same time.
Floaters float on the liquid surface, and slides up and down on rod according to the changes of liquid level.
This magnetostrictive probe could work well at liquid of gasoline, diesel, kerosene, Ethnaol, light oil.
Approved by ATEX, IEC Ex, EAC, CQST, SIL.
