Linear
vibrating screen
, also known as light linear sieve with high precision and large output, is often used for screening powdery or granular dry materials or filtering liquid materials. The sieving fineness can reach 325 mesh/inch; the power adopts an angle-adjustable excitation source, according to the customer’s screening and filtering requirements, it can be used in single or multiple layers, up to five layers. It is composed of screen box, vibrating motor, vibration damping system and chassis, etc. It has a fully enclosed structure, and the dust does not overflow, and is suitable for 24-hour assembly line operations.

1.It supports at most 6 layers. But 3 layers at most is highly recommended.
2.The dimension size and voltage are both supported to be customized.
3.It has 4 available material, all stainless steel 304 or 316 or touching part sus 304 or carbon steel Q 235A.
4.With large capacity, small volume, high screening efficiency, high frequency, easily changed screen and good safe performance.
5.It is composed of vibration motor, basement support, screen frame, inlet and outlets, dust-proof cove
