XPE
is a chemical crosslinked polyethylene foam, with low density polyethylene resin and a crosslinking agent and foaming agent through continuous foaming and high temperature, XPE is chemically stable, difficult to decompose, odorless and flexible.
IXPE
(Irradiation crosslinked polyethylene terms) radiation crosslinked polyethylene foam material, the product is various packing will be modified polyethylene and polyethylene or extrusion molding, after electron accelerator radiation crosslinking, high temperature to send a bottle polymer foam material, its surface is bright and clean, bubble hole sealing, fine and uniform, not bibulous, environmental protection, at the same time has good mechanical properties, excellent heat insulation and sound insulation performance, easy to secondary processing and forming, gives its good flame retardant properties of soft foam.
Useage
1. Soft car interior
IXPE foam has the characteristics of light weight, moisture-proof, sound-proof, heat insulation and so on.It is mainly used for interior decoration, seat cushion, foot cushion, truck sleeping cushion and other cushioning materials and instrument insulation materials.
2. Green buildings
IXPE foam has the characteristics of low thermal conductivity, low water absorption, good waterproof and sound insulation performance, etc. It can be used as the sound insulation, shock absorption, heat insulation and anti-seepage material for the roof, wall, foundation, etc.Using polythene foam as the floor lining can greatly reduce the sound transmission between the upper and lower floors of multi-storey buildings.It is soft, aging resistant and impermeable. It can also be used to fill joints with two uneven surfaces.It can also be used as light structure material for subway tunnel, house wall and sealing material for joint of door and window.Covering the solidified cement with polyethylene foam sheet can prevent the loss of heat and moisture and promote the
