a quality problem with the mat, we will find out the reason based on the tracking code and make corresponding replacements and compensations, etc.
3.Could I purchase a sample before bulk order?
Yes please, sample order would help you verify the product quality and our service.
And we can provide the free sample in size 150 mm x 150 mm if you would like to undertake the freight cost,once you place order to us, the freight fees can be refunded.
