A: sure, once we get the mold cost from you, we will start the mold and samples.
2. Q: when can I see the sample?
A: normally, sample lead time is 7days.
3. Q: how long for the bulk order?
A: if not big quantity, within 2000pcs, bulk lead time is 10days.
4. Q: do I need pay the mold agagin when reorder?
A: we keep the mold for client 2 or 3 years.
5: Q : how you ship the order?
A: DHL,UPS,TNT,Fedex, we never use EMS, because it takes too long time, and not safe.
