No they are powder coated. And the hooks are stainless. A nice lock easy to undo best wishes

Hi set the lock to four 0's turn the clasp 80 degrees to the second notch press down firmly then set the combination numbers you require and job done

Bolt croppers will, but unless the snips are very heavy duty with good handles then I doubt it.
They are a good lock, they will I think put off the casual thief but not a determined one.

I followed the instructions to set the code but the shackle wont come back up, out of the code lock position. its then not high enough to turn to fit

It works. I had the same issue when I was trying to set the code. You just need to turn the shackle around and set the code. Once
it’s done, it should work.

Instructions are enclosed with the paddocks. Very easy to do and I set both of them in about 2 minutes.
