Q1. What products are you sale?
A: We are pet grooming equipments and vet machines export company.
For grooming equipments, include dryers, compartment dryers, grooming tables, bathing tubs, cages, model dogs(Mannequins and coats), scissors, clippers with blades, combs, coolant spray for blade, sterilize spray, lubrication oil etc; For vet machine, we have operation table, preparation table, ICU, ultrasound, microscope, endoscope, tools trolley, oxygen generator, operation lamp, top grade 304 stainless steel hospital cage and so on.
Q2. Do you make all these products by yourself?
A: Yes, we do.
we have own factory in Jinshan District, Shanghai, about 2000 square meters. If you have opportunity to go to China, welcome to visit our factory.

Q4. Is there any discount and promotions?
A: Many of our products have buy 10, get 1 free promotion. You can enjoy the wholesale price if your single order over than 5000$ or close to 5000$, we will free charge $300 handling fee for you. (Handling fee depends on volume, volume more, handing fee more.
Because the volume is big, need to ship by sea or airfreight.)
Q5. What abou the prodution time and payment?
A: The production time is about 15-45 days according to the order. The payment method is TT. Generally, 50% deposit is paid before production and 50% balance payment is paid before shipment. There have strong after-sales service, within one year if the fault is not by human, we can send accessories
free to you , and provide technical support over the phone.
Q6. Have some Professional certification and quality assurance?
A: Our products have high quality assurance and CE certification. We updated the products every year according to customer’s feedback.
