This production line is suitable for making cotton bud. Inside PP sticks and cotton sliver customer prepared. It consists of cotton head forming system, drying system, transmission system and packaging system. The machine is fed with raw material wood sticks, bamboo sticks or PP sticks and cotton slivers (cotton sliver specification: 6-7g/m) into the cotton head forming system. During the process, the glue is applied inside and outside, and then enters the drying system.
