In the process of hot metal preparation,quality and temperature must be strictlycont rolled. Cast ductile iron pipes areimmediately inspected and weighed to ensure that the quality of each pipe meets the requirements.
The cast ductile iron pipe enters the annealingfurnace. The length of theannealing furnace in our company is 70m, which is the longest in China.It can ensure that the cast iron pipe is annealedsufficiently to obtain the metal lographic structure needed for the ductile iron pipe.
According to the customer's requirement, the high-pressure electric spraying machine is used tospray zinc according to ISO2531 international standard (130g/m
2
) to increase the anti corrosion ability. Qualified ductile iron pipes are sent to the grinding position for external inspection, and each pipe bearing, socket, inner wall grinding and cleaning.
The well-maintained pipes are first heated and then sprayed with anti corrosive paint by automatic spraying machine to increase the anti corrosive ability of the pipes.
