BR(butadiene rubber) commonly refers to poly(cis-butadiene) rubber made by solution polymerization. It is one of the largest synthetic rubber types in the world. Compared with natural rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber, BR has the characteristics of high elasticity, good wear resistance and cold resistance, low generated heat, well bending resistance, flexibility and dynamic performance. However it also has disadvantages such as poor wet slip resistance, low tear and tensile strength, large cold fluidity poor processing performance, etc. It must be used together with other rubber types..BR are widely used in Tires, shoes, high impact polystyrene and the modification of ABS resin.
