FAQ

Do you accept sample order?

Sure, sample orders are welcome.

What about your MOQ (Minimum Order Qty)?

1. For sample order, no MOQ limit.
2. For repeat orders, have MOQ limit. Different products/models have different MOQ. Please ask us in advance.

What about your lead time?

1. Sample order: 2-5 days if samples are in stock; 10-15 days if samples are out of stock.
2. Small order: 10-20 days
3. Medium order: 15-25 days
4. Large order: 25-45 days

What's your warranty?

2 years. Light source made of glass (such as halogen bulb, metal hilide lamp, xenon lamp etc.) not included in warranty.
Within the warranty period: Free repair parts fee, free shipping charge.
Out of the warranty period: Buyers need to bear the cost of repair parts and shipping cost.

How to deal with the faulty?

1. Please send us relevant faulty pictures or videos for our reference.
2. The more details that you can feedback, the better for us to make sure what problem(s) happened about the product.
3. After accurately determining the cause of the failure, we will send your the corresponding repair parts.

Do you accept OEM order?

Sure, OEM orders are welcome as well. However you should meet our OEM minimum order qty.
