GMP Standard Automation Industrial Grinder Machine /30B Universal Crusher Machine
adopts the tooth disc high-speed rotating knife, the fixed knife impact and shear grinding to crush. The crushing effect is good,the heat of crushing chamber and finished product outflow together from sieve by strong airflow which produced when crushing,crushing fineness can be decided by different sieves.

Inside the machine there are several groups moving knives (or prisms or hammerheads) in rotary wheel, and a group fixed knives ingear ring. Within the cutting and collision of moving knives and fixed knives, the material was crushed. At meanwhile the grinding chamber has produced airflow, which put heat and the finished product outflow together from the sieve and discharge.
The machine uses the relative movement between the active and fixed fluted disc to impact, grind and crush the target materials.
The crushed material is discharged directly from the grinding chamber of the main frame.
