Products Description
Noodle making machine
1. Dough mixer: flour and warm water (about 4:1), and mix together in the basin to form a floury dough.
2. Preparation: Cut the dough into slices (about 20mm) and sprinkle some dry flour on it.
3. Before use, check the working surface, remove surface dirt, and add some lubricating oil to the shaft sleeve and gear of the noodle cutter.
4. Rolling: first remove the cutter, adjust the regulator at the two ends of the pressure roller, adjust the gap between the two rollers to 2.5-3mm, and then insert the plug into the 220V power supply, and then put the noodle sheet into the noodle hopper, and lead it into the noodle roller, and repeat the process 4-5 times, and finally adjust the roller gap 1.5mm, repressing once.
5. Cutting noodles: install the cutting knife, adjust the regulator on the knife according to the need, turn clockwise to cut thick noodles, turn it counterclockwise to cut thin noodles and finally put noodle sheet into the noodle hopper to make noodle
6. End: after use, switch off the machine, unplug it, and clean up the machine body, knives and rollers.
