1)What's your product warranty? What if the fan has any problems during the warranty period?

If there is any problem with the fan within one year, please send the video of the defective product or return the defective product for our analysis. We will analyze and confirm the quality problem of our product, and we will replenish it to you as soon as possible.
2) How do you manage your QC system?
Please don't worry. We have a complete quality control system. We have a series of inspections from raw materials to production to shipment, as shown below.
Incoming inspection (including inspection of frame blade, fan blade and other parts)
Semi finished products (mainly motor stator assembly test)
OQC test / Complete inspection of finished products (including performance test, appearance inspection, etc.)
Aging test (about 2-3 days)
Random sampling inspection
Double layer customized packaging (mainly to ensure that customers can receive goods intact)
3) Do you support samples? how long I can get the sample?
Yes, of course, but I'm afraid the sample fee and freight cost will be paid by your side.
For fans lead time, if we have samples in stock, then we could send you right away,
