Operating principle:
1. Inside is Ni-Cr Alloy heating wires. Outside is silicon rubber insulation material. Fast heating and long working life.
2. Ni-Cr Alloy heating wire is winding around the alkali-free fiber-glass. Main insulation material is silicon rubber which is of high heat-resistance and insulation.
3. Oil drum heater is soft and flexible. It is winding around the drum directly.

Installation:
1. First of all please clean the surface of drums. Secondly wind the heater around the drum tightly and fix it with springs.
2. In order to reduce the heat loss, it is available to use thermal insulation layer outside the heater.
3. Do not wind the heater superposed. It is possible to be over-heating.
4. The surface of heater should stick to the surface of drum tightly in order to avoid air heating.

Notes:
1. To heaters without usage for a long time, please inspect if there is damage before plugging in.
