STRESS RELIEF
KUKACNC quillotine shearing machine features a rigid frame for minimumdeflection under the load. Machine welding is made by welding apparatus &welding robots. After the welding,we make a stress relief process byhigh-temperature tempering to improve the mechanical properties of materials,reduce deformation and rebound, improve the stability and durability of theworkpiece, and machine frame sensitivity is protected for a long lifetime.
Pressure cylinder
The pressing device consists of multiple sets of pressing cylinders installed on the bottom of the panel. The pressing force is proportional to the plate thickness. After the shearing is completed, it is reset with the help of spring tension. The pressing device is stable, safe and reliable, and can well ensure the plate. The control of material shearing accuracy and pressing pressure adopts a separate system.
Tool holder arc motion
The tool holder is a fully enclosed welded structural member with high torsion resistance and good rigidity. It is connected to the frame through the support shafts at both ends and is equipped with a shearing cylinder and a return cylinder. The shearing cylinder is two plunger-type hydraulic cylinders, which are fixed on the left and right columns respectively. At the same time, there are two cylinders for the return stroke of the tool holder. During operation, the pressure oil pushes the plunger of the cylinder to move downward, causing the tool holder to shear downwards, and at the same time compresses the nitrogen in the cylinder; during the return trip, the hydraulic system is unloaded, and the nitrogen in the cylinder expands to make the tool holder return. The entire tool holder performs reciprocating pendulum motion with the pivot axis as the center to complete the shearing work.
