1. DGBM261 is designed for grinding and polishing a bevel edge, with bottom edge of glass with different size and thickness.
2. Rough grinding, fine grinding, polishing of bevel and grinding of bottom edge can be completed in one time.
3. The processing speed is adjustable with stepless motor. Frequency motor is for option.
4. Input and output conveyor adopt timing belt which can improve the transmission precision.
5. It is easy to operate and has good performance.
6. The wheels and motor adopt direct transmission.

1. Glass thickness adjustment（Digital Display / PLC control for option)

Glass thickness adjust by handle, glass thickness showing on meter, few seconds can be finished the thickness adjustment. Automatic angle and remain thickness adjustment.

2. Transmission system
Frequency motor for option, a speed adjust button on the panel, easy for change the speed, make the transmission more stable and quite.

High precision metal with rubber pads, which means more durable, stronger and good polishing
Timing belt means long lasting and high precision for transmission.

3. Lubrication system & Foot kick emergency button & Water pump power supply

Lubrication system, pull the manual oil pump, the lubricating oil will goes to each slider (motors base & rail guide base) and the rail guide, it will get maintain and longer life.
Foot kick emergency button, when meet some emergency situation, you can use your foot to make the machine stop.
Water pump power supply also adopting waterproof one to insure it safety.

4. Cast iron & stainless steel screws

All screw and nut are stainless steel one.

The machine base & rail guide & motors base all are cast steel and annealing treatment, it’s tough and will not bend, the base thickness reach to 30mm thickness.

5.Inlet and outlet system

Inlet and outlet pipes adopting PVC material, and the joint is removable which is easy for maintain.

The outlet side of the sink has installed brushes & rubber to clear the water, and below the rail guide has installed a sink to
collect the water, so water will not come to the gear box and floor etc..
