JlNCHAN Gold Dressing Agent isa patented product for“ environment.friendly gold extraction” . Widely Used :

Convenient Usage:
With the pH value of10-12, it' s as the same as the use of sodium cyanide

JINCHAN Dissolution Method:it can be used afterbeing fully dissolved by water under normaltemperature(in general, thedissolution can beaccelerated in flowing water or through fullstirring, dosing pool can be built near to the barrensolution poolin heap leaching process in order tolet backwater which has passed carbon directlywash JlNCHAN and dissolve it into barrensolutionpool);
Alkalinity Adjustment
:in general, adjustment iscarried out with lime or caustic soda with stable pHvalue at 11.5;when the pH value of
backwaterdecreases, alkalinity shall be timely adjusted;when the pH value is too high (more than 12) for avery long time,
backwaterdecreases, alkalinity shall be timely adjusted;when the pH value is too high (more than 12) for avery long time,
alkali dirty will be generated andaffect the activated carbon adsorption or the liquidpassivation will occur and affect the leaching effect);
Dosage Calculation:
The dosage of JlNCHAN can refer to the dosage ofsodium cyanide. lt is recommended to carryout beneficiation test and refer to its optimumconditions;(1-2 g/t gold oxidized ore is commonand the JlNCHAN concentration is generally maintained between 0.3-0.8 %.Make properadjustment in accordance with different ore gradesand harmful
component);concentration value)x water volumein dosing pool;assuming that the optimumconcentrationvalueofJINCHANis1.5 ‰ (calculated as per water volume), the backwaterJINCHAN concentrationis 0.6% and barrensolution pool has water of 500 cubic meters, thenthe added dosageofJINCHANiS(1.5-0.6)x500=450 kilograms.
