1.What is the your minimum order quantity?
Depends on the products and your customization requirements. For spot goods, we can
accept any quantity you want, mixed colors are also acceptable. Please contact us for the details. Thank you!
2.Can I get a sample for quality checking first?
Yes! Standard samples and customized samples are both acceptable. Sample charge
will be refunded when the order is up to a certain quantity after sample approval.
3.Can I put my own logo on the products?
Yes, we accept custom orders. You can send us your design and quantity needed, we will
check and confirm the most economic logo printing methods and cost for you.
4.What documents do you need if I want my own design?
You can provide the file in format of JPG, AI, cdr or PDF, etc. We have our
own designer to make the design renderings for your confirmation.
5.How long is the sample lead time?
For standard samples: 2-7 days. For custom samples: 7-15 days, subject to your specific
designs.
6.How long is the production lead time?
RTS (spot goods) : 1-3 days Small batch production: about 10-15 days Mass production:
25-35 days after receiving your confirmation of order details and deposit.
7.When can I receive the goods?
By express: 6-10 working days after delivery. By sea: normally in 25-45 days after delivery and
sailing. (depends on your shipment destination)
