Rotary vane vacuum pump
The pump is used to seal the container of the extraction of gas basic equipment ,it can be used alone ,also can be used for booster pump ,diffusion pump ,for the pre-pumping of molecular pump ,maintenance pump and titanium pump ,can be used for vacuum drying ,freeze drying ,vacuum degassing ,vacuum packaging ,vacuum adsorption ,vacuum forming ,coating ,food packaging ,printing ,sputtering ,vacuum casting ,instrument ,instrument matching ,refrigerator ,vacuum operations such as air conditioning assembly lines and laboratories ,as well as ancillary uses.
Characteristics
1, Because of low noise design and precise processing ,low noise is achieved.
2, Prepare a specially designed gas ballast valve to prevent that pump oil from mix with water and prolong the service time of the pump oil.
3, Adopt that design of similar product in the industry ,small in size ,light in weight ,low in noise and convenient to start.
4, An automatic double anti-return oil safety device is provided ,and the oil is not return.
5, The small diameter 2XZ-2 vacuum pump is specially equipped with a vacuum drying box ,a freeze-dryer and a printing machine.
6, Can be equipped with small caliber conversion joint ,KF interface ,flange interface.
