The corn grits is moisturized in the flour mixer with water and fed to the Rotary Head Extruder.In the extruder, d ue to the two rotary plates made of yellow brass,the corn grits are squeezed and twisted to form curls shape.The curls pass through the die and gets cut by the cutting knifes into required lengths. There are two ways for making corn twist curl snacks, fried way and baked way, for your choice.

Continuous Fryer
This part can fry the kurkure and make the products crispy. The machine can control the temperature, easy to operate and clean.
Hoister
This part can convey the kurkure to another process machine. It can convey the heavier food, compare with the screw conveyor.
Dryer
It is used for drying. The net belt running speed can be controlled to change the food drying time in the dryer. The temperature also can be controlled.
Roller
The roller is full set stainless steel. With the rolling of the drum, the flavor and oil can be mixed with kurkure evenly.
Hoister & Flavor Feeder
This part connect the hoister and flavor machine together to make one single machine has two function: convey and flavor.
