What is the furniture made from?
We manufacture our furniture primarily from mahogany wood, a beautiful hardwood that produces antique reproduction furniture but upon customer’s need, we can also work with several other selected woods which available in our place, such as: teak, mindi, fruit wood, etc.
We also use limited number of MDF (laminated timber) and plywood on where there is a risk of warping on flat surfaces.

What is the moisture content of the furniture?
All wood are kiln dried to 8-12% moisture content to prevent any cracking, warping or splitting.
We also do the kiln dry on our raw furniture, in fact we always do the kiln dry 2 times before the finish work.

How long is the production time?
Our production time is 8-12 weeks after the deposit received, depends on kind of furniture and the finish you require.

Do I have a choice on finish color?
Yes, we offer various antique finished with unique colors: walnut, pecan, tea-brown and etc, please see ‘color sample’ in our website.
You may use your own finish/color, please send your sample product and we will copy the finish.

What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is 1x20ft, no minimum order on quantity: you can order 1 piece from each item.

What is your price terms?
Our price is Free On Board, Semarang port, Indonesia. Prices are using USD currency.

What is your payment terms?
A 40% deposit is required upon ordering and the remaining 60% balance has to be finalized against the document, after the container is shipped.

Are discounts available?
Yes, we provide discount for multiple purchase, please contact us for detail.

Can I have a catalogue from your company?
Currently we do not provide printed catalogue, but you can download our online catalogue.
Since we have new items continuously, we decided not to print our catalogue, so we can update each of our ‘new item’ periodically.

Can you send me a furniture sample?
We will be happy to send you our furniture sample but the costs and freight fee will be charged on importer.

Can I order custom furniture?
Yes, we make ‘custom made furniture’ for our buyers in USA, UK and the other countries regularly.
We can also make custom furniture for hotels, restaurants and bars, also furniture for mosque, church and synagogue.
Please send us the sample or draft picture with detail measurement, material and finish color of your product and we will quote you our price.

Do you have a designer on staff?
Yes, we have a professional designer who can work with Sketch Up, Corel Draw, Photoshop, etc.
Please forward us the sketch/picture/drawing of the item that you want us to reproduce and we would be happy to assist you.

What is the price for custom furniture?
Costs may vary for each item, depends on size of the furniture, materials and time involved.

Can I be assured of quality?
Yes. We are only producing premium furniture with grade A quality timber. Our experienced quality controller will checked and
re-inspect each pieces of our product to achieve high quality furniture with the standard uniformity.

How can I check your quality before I decide to purchase a container of furniture?
Please come to our warehouse or hire an agent to check the quality of our furniture.
Alternatively, you can order samples which can be shipped to you at your cost.

Can I visit your warehouse before I buy?
It will be our pleasure to welcome you and show you over our warehouse in Indonesia, please contact us for appointment and we will pick you up at Semarang airport and arrange to book you a hotel upon your requirement.

How many pieces will fit into a 40ft container?
Between 150 to 225 pcs of mixed size furniture, please contact us for detail.

I s the upholstery, leather, glass, mirror, brass included in the price?
Yes, our listed prices are included all equipment shown on our catalogue, including the upholstery with our standard fabric and the packaging.
You may prefer to supply your own fabric by send us the fabric into our warehouse, so we can apply it into your chair/sofa.

What packing materials do you use?
We use foam sheet, card box for protector and corrugated paper/single face. Please advise us if you require alternate packing arrangements.

How do I place an order?
Please choose the items from our website/catalogue, and send us the list of the items that you wish to order, including the finish color that you require,
the quantity from each item etc. We will calculate total volume/CBM which available and contact you for the order confirmation.

Is my furniture guaranteed?
Yes. Dependant on the fault, we will either send replacement in your next container, or put special discount if the breakage is repairable.

If you want to order the bespoke/custom made item, please send us the sample picture of the item that you require with the detail dimensions and specs of the furniture.
We will prepare the drawing and quote you the price.

After we received the list, we will send you the proforma invoice with the total amount and the volume of your order.

We will require 40% deposit before we start the production of your order and we will expect to receive the 60% balance after we shipped your order.

During our production work, we will send you the picture of your order, firstly we will send you the picture from each item in the raw state, in this stage you can check if all the item is correct as your requirements; the design, the wood that we use, the carving, the construction etc.
We will expect to receive your approval if all is good so we can continue to work with the finishing.

After your order is ready in the finished state, we will send you again the picture of each item and ask your final approval.
in this stage you can check if the finish/color is correct, you can also check if the hardware that we use, the leather, fabric, glass etc is as your expectations.
after we receive your approval for each item, we can start to pack your order and ship it to you.

Before we ship your order, we will ask you to inform us which forwarder that you plan to use to ship your order, we can also help you
to get the freight forwarder in our place that suits you best.
We can compare the price with the shipping companies on your place before the shipment, and we can use the one which has the better rate.

The shipping time from Semarang port (closest port from our warehouse) to USA and Europe is approximately 28-34 days.
